Spring Break in Forsyth County is right around the corner.  Whether you’re traveling out of town or staying at home, chances are you’re doing a little planning!

We’ve put together a round-up of Spring Break Camps for kids in Forsyth County and Cumming GA to help you get your plans finalized!

Big Thinkers Science Camp

Rockets and Sprockets – Are you ready to take off? This high-flying camp is ready for lift off! From mechanical birds to space shuttles, this camp really soars! Build and launch your own rocket! Create an awesome catapult! Build your own balsa wood plane! Race radio-controlled hovercrafts.

Dates:  Monday, March 31st – Friday, April 4th
Times:  9am – 4pm
Location:  Old Atlanta Park
Ages:  6 to 11

Lacrosse Camp

This camp will teach the fundamentals of lacrosse through drills and small games, concentrating on the campers’ total development. Game situations will be taught daily. Camper must provide own helmet, stick and pads. Campers may purchase a pizza lunch each day for $5, paid at the camp.

Fun & Games Camp

Campers will play games, art and other fun activities.  Bring a lunch, two snacks and a change of clothes each day.

Dates:  Monday, March 31st – Friday, April 4th
Times:  9am to 4pm

Ages:  Kindergarten – 5th Grade (5 to 11)

Dance Camp

Learn basic warm-ups, stretches, steps & routines of sport dance teams.  A camper showcase will be held on Wednesday for parents and awards given to campers.  Campers may purchase a pizza lunch each day for $5, paid at the camp.

Glazed and Fired, across from the Avenue, has two camp options for your creative & artistic child!

Mini Camps

Artistic Adventure’s Spring Break Camp

Journey into the world of Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse in this dynamic art camp. While learning about the great rivalry between the two artists and their styles of paintings, your child will create masterpieces emulating these art Masters. Ages 6 and up

Spring Break Camp at United Futbol Academy

Learn the techniques of soccer during a fun week of Spring Break Camp.

    The Big Thinkers Science Camp was cancelled. :-(

    • Thanks for sharing Melissa! It looks like it’s still on at Old Atlanta, but not at Central Park – of course that doesn’t help if you’re on the Central side of town. Bummer!!!
